Gorgeous waterfall image photographed by Andrew Lockwood.
Leaves litter the rocks along the base of Virginia Hawkins Falls as the last signs of Fall fade. This little known waterfall hidden deep in the Jocassee Wilderness is usually nothing more than a trickle during the Fall. However, due to heavy rainfall the waterfall was in peak condition allowing for this image to be taken.
